fantastic stay
dog amenities comfortable bed ample storage
the staff offered a warm welcome. i appreciated the dog-friendly amenities, including dog bowls, treats, cushions, and a basket. the bed in my superior room was comfortable, and i got a good night's sleep.
i noticed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom but it was clean.

the room faced north and offered a lovely view. ample storage space was available. the shower worked well, and the bathroom was clean (i found the storage particularly helpful).

the hotel provides spacious parking. the location allows easy access to colwall railway station. i dined at the restaurant and enjoyed both the wine and the food. breakfast was good (i especially liked the omelet, cooked to order!).

a lovely hotel with great service
restful break convenient location beautiful scenery
My mum and i had a restful break here. The hotel provided precisely that. its location is convenient, a very short walk from the train station. we followed one of the walks provided, enjoying beautiful scenery. the second night, we ate at the hotel, appreciating the food's good value.
i noticed the rooms could benefit from redecorating. they seem to need a bit of tlc. i hope management addresses this, improving the experience. it would enhance the hotel's charm.

I received a warm welcome from the staff. the hotel provided dog bowls, treats, cushions, and a basket. How fun. the bed was comfortable. I slept so well.
The wi-fi was almost nonexistent. So frustrating. our room had a big damp patch on the ceiling. That was a bit off-putting. i noticed a smell of drains about the place. It wasn't great.

The staff provided dog bowls and treats. They were very cute! The bed in my Superior Double Room was comfortable. I had a good shower. The bathroom was clean.

The room had a sofa, a TV, and a kettle with tea and coffee (all much appreciated). The bathroom included a large corner bath and a shower. Smooth check-in and check-out procedures helped a lot. The staff were very helpful.
The WiFi was almost nonexistent in my room.

friendly staff good location
all the staff was friendly. they were helpful and kind to my dog. the location was good. breakfast offered a delicious large cheese and ham omelette. the bar was popular and friendly in the evening. i had 2 nice meals and a breakfast.
